Any order received before the Guarantee Cutoff above for the appropriate shipping destination will be eligible for a 100% refund without requiring the kits be returned if…

• The order was placed on www.makeafort.fun (we cannot guarantee orders placed via third-party sellers)
• The order had free shipping (we cannot guarantee orders to remote areas that charge extra for shipping)
• The order hasn’t been changed after the original order is submitted (we cannot guarantee delivery once changes are made)
• The order hasn’t experienced a carrier reported weather delay (we cannot guarantee what the weather will do)
• The order doesn’t show as delivered by the carrier before 12/25 local time (we cannot guarantee what happens once the order is delivered)
• The order wasn’t replaced with an equivalent replacement order that shows as delivered before 12/25 local time (replacement orders fulfill our guarantee on original orders)

If you order between the Guarantee Cutoff and the Might Make It Cutoff you have a chance of getting your order before Christmas; however, we are simply not confident enough you will receive your order before Christmas to guarantee it.

Statistically, if you order one business day after the Guarantee Cutoff, your order has about a 75% chance of making by Christmas and if you order two business days after the Guarantee Cutoff, your order has about a 50% chance of making by Christmas.
