Wir sind so überzeugt, dass Sie unsere Produkte lieben werden, dass wir Ihnen eine 14-tägige, risikofreie Geld-zurück-Garantie auf den Produktpreis ab dem Tag der Lieferung Ihrer Bestellung anbieten. Jegliche Versand- und Bearbeitungsgebühren für die Rücksendung sind nicht erstattungsfähig.

100 Play Guarantee

Alongside our standard 14-day Money Back Guarantee, we proudly offer the 100 Play Guarantee on all fort kits purchased directly from all regions of www.makeafort.fun on or after May 19, 2025. This special guarantee provides a one-time refund of your product’s price (excluding shipping & handling) if your eligible kit fails to achieve 100 plays due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal play conditions, provided the failure occurs within 3 years of your original purchase. Should such a failure occur, please contact us within 30 days of the incident with your proof of purchase and supporting evidence. We believe in the durability of our forts, and this guarantee is here to ensure your confidence in their long-lasting fun.

Versand von Rücksendungen

To return an order, you must contact us first. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for any returned items, as these costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure the goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, we may reject the refund.

Additionally, once you have shipped the return, you must provide us with the return tracking number within 14 days to remain eligible for a refund

Verkaufspreisanpassung

Wenn Sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen vor einem Ausverkauf (einschließlich Black Friday / CyberMonday) bestellt haben und uns während des Ausverkaufs kontaktieren (per E-Mail, Chat oder Telefon), um eine Preisanpassung für Ihre Bestellung zu beantragen, erstatten wir Ihnen einen Teil Ihrer vorherigen Bestellung, um den niedrigeren Ausverkaufspreis zu erreichen.

Urlaubsrückkehr

Wenn Sie am 1. November oder danach bestellen und es sich um ein Weihnachtsgeschenk handelt, verlängert sich die Rückerstattungsfrist auf 14 Tage nach dem 25. Dezember.
