This Refund Policy applies generally to purchases made through Make-A-Fort’s official online storefronts. Depending on your region, shipping destination, billing location, or the storefront you are using, additional regional refund, return, cancellation, or consumer rights may apply.

If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and a regional supplement that applies to your order, the regional supplement will apply to the extent required by applicable law.

Money Back Guarantee

We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products that we offer a 14-day risk-free money back guarantee on the product price, starting from the date your order is delivered.

Initial shipping and handling fees, return shipping costs, and any other shipping-related charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in a regional supplement.

100 Play Guarantee

Alongside our standard 14-day Money Back Guarantee, we proudly offer the 100 Play Guarantee on eligible fort kits purchased directly from Make-A-Fort’s official online storefronts on or after May 19, 2025.

This special guarantee covers eligible kits that fail to achieve 100 plays due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal play conditions within 1 year of the original purchase date.

If an eligible failure occurs, we reserve the right to provide replacement components for the damaged parts or a one-time refund of the product price, excluding shipping and handling.

To request review under the 100 Play Guarantee, please contact us within 30 days of the incident and provide proof of purchase, photos or other supporting evidence, and any additional information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim.

Proof of Purchase

To complete a refund, return, or guarantee claim, we require a receipt, order confirmation, purchase order, or other valid proof of purchase.

Without valid proof of purchase, we may be unable to issue a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

Return Authorization

To return an order, you must contact us first. Returns sent without first contacting us may be delayed, rejected, or may not be eligible for a refund.

We may provide return instructions, including the return address and any information needed to identify your order.

Shipping Return Items

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for any returned items unless otherwise required by applicable law, stated in a regional supplement, or approved by us in writing.

Please ensure returned goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If a returned product is damaged due to improper packaging, or if the product is used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, we may reduce or reject the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Once you have shipped the return, you must provide us with the return tracking number within 14 days to remain eligible for a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in a regional supplement.

Refund Processing

Once your return or claim is received and reviewed, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Holiday Returns

If you place an order on November 1 or later and the order is intended as a holiday gift, the Refund Policy is extended to 14 days after December 25.

This holiday extension applies to eligible products only and does not affect any additional rights that may apply under a regional supplement or applicable law.
