Dec 25 Delivery Guarantee
Any order will be eligible for a 100% refund without requiring the kits be returned if…
- The order has an Estimated Delivery before Dec 25, 2022
- The order hasn’t changed after the original order is submitted (we cannot guarantee delivery once changes are made)
- The order hasn’t experienced a carrier reported weather delay (we cannot guarantee what the weather will do)
- The order hasn’t been indicated as delivered by the carrier before Dec 25 12:00 AM CST (we cannot guarantee what happens once the order is delivered)
- The order hasn’t been replaced with a replacement order that shows as delivered by the carrier before Dec 25 12:00 AM CST (replacement orders count as meeting this guarantee)
Note: The Estimated Delivery above is the maximum vlaue of the date range that is shown on both checkout (after entering your address) and on your order confirmation email.
If your order meets the critiera above, you must request a refund no later than Dec 31 11:59PM via email, chat, or phone to receive the refund.
Estimated delivery dates can be viewed in the cart (must set location), on the checkout page, and in order confirmation emails.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees can be viewed in the cart (must specify delivery address) and in checkout. Our kits are big and heavy and the shipping costs may be significant.
The shipping address must be a physical address (not a PO box).
Damaged or Stolen Shipments
Once we deliver your order to the carrier, we are not responsible for damage to your order or replacing your order if stolen once delivered. Please contact the carrier to file an appropriate claim.
No logo is on the shipping box; instead, the orders are shipped in a plain brown shipping box to avoid giving away the surprise.
A packing slip may be included inside the shipping box; however, the packing slip only includes a list of items in the shipping box without any prices.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
To ship an order to multiple locations, place individual orders for each location and request a partial refund to match the total price of a combined order if the following criteria are met…
- Each order was placed within three days of the first order
- Each order has the same billing name and address
